To book an appointment with one of our artists, start by filling out the below form. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Helpful tips for securing an appointment:

  • Please fill out the form with as much information as possible! If we need to request additional information, it could delay your appointment or put you back on the end of the list. Any changes to the information you provide, including changes to your concept or design, may also result in delays, so be sure you have a clear idea of what you want prior to scheduling.

  • Please be patient! Due to high demand, it may take up to 2 weeks for us to respond to your request, but we will get back to you! Please do not send additional follow up emails, as that often leads to confusion and could delay our response even longer.

  • Please plan ahead and be flexible! We will do everything we can to accommodate your date or deadline requests, but some of our artists are typically booked out several months in advance so it may be difficult to get you in on your preferred day. Customers who are flexible with their schedule often get in sooner!

Once you've received a response and price quote for your tattoo, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit in order to book your appointment. This deposit will go toward the cost of your tattoo.

If you’d prefer not to make an appointment , you can call the shop at (845) 342-0022 and ask to be added to our daily walk-in list. Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis as time allows.
